EXID 1st digital single "HOLLA" out now

Producer/composer Sin-Sa Dong Tiger introduced his new girl group called EXID (Exceed in Dreaming). He has produced several other K-Pop idols like 4-Minutes, G-Na, Beast, and others. Now he's created his own girl group consisting of Yoo Ji, Dami, LE, Hani, Hae Ryung and Jung Hwa. Main vocalist and leader Yoo Ji participated in T-Ara. Rapper LE sung a duet with Hu-Gak on his song "Everytime I turn on that music".

The title track "WHOZ THAT GIRL" for EXID's debut single, is about a break-up, with the guy moving on to another girl. Its a mid-tempo old school song, the synthesizer doesn't take over all the other instruments. In the video, all the members are being trouble makers toward the guy. Instead one member getting to shine, all got equal exposure. Check out the video below.

AB Entertainment released their single album "HOLLA" on February 16th and promoted "WHOZ THAT GIRL" it as their title song. EXID are one of many groups that are debuting this year and has no signs of slowing down. My first impression of them was fairly good, I thought they were going take page out of one my other favorite groups 2NE1. You can see similarities, theirs a slight hip-hop vibe going when it comes to some of the styling (clothing). Rapper LE is physical appearance resembles CL from 2NE1.
