Selena Gomez & The Scene premieres new single "Who Says" on Ryan Seacrest

Selena Gomez & The Scene is set to release yet to be titled third studio album due June 28th.  This morning, Selena premiered the first single "Who Says" On Air with Ryan Seacrest.

The track an empowering pop song, but I don't think it will be a #1 hit.  The video will premiere March 11 on Disney Channel.  The song will be digitally released on the March 14th.
