YG Entertainment reveals 5 members of their upcoming girl group.....so far

If you don't know already, YG Entertainment will be debuting new girl group this year (rumored July or September). When first heard about, I didn't really pay to much attention to, until what I saw started to impress me.

Read the rest of this post, after the jump.

Back in April, YG Entertainment revealed a video of trainees and former 'Superstar K' contestants Euna Kim and Kim Eunbi in one of their practice sessions. They together did a cover of Sam Sparro's "Black and Gold". Check out the video below. Both girls has fantastic vocal and rapping skills.

Some time after that Euna Kim and Kim Eunbi were officially confirmed to be in the group.

On April 10th, a photo was posted on YG-Life Blog with title 'Who's that Girl???'

At the time of her being revealed to the public, she was yet to be named, but Netizens were able to dig around to identify her as Jenny Kim. She's from the Netherlands is said to 16 years old. YG confirmed the information and commented: "The name and age are right. She moved abroad when she was very little so we didn't think her information would be discovered if we shared her picture in Korea". YG also stated that Jenny Kim is fluent in three languages Korean, English, and Japanese.

When asked whether Jenny Kim was joining the group, representatives stated: "There is nothing confirmed yet".

On May 4th, YG Entertainment released a new photo another unnamed girl on their YG-Life blog

The black and white photo had the same title as Jenny Kim's photo saying above 'Who's that Girl???'. It was released in the same way as well, just a photo, no name, no details at all. She was later identified as Park Chanah.

When asked whether she was joining their new girl group representatives stated: "There is nothing confirmed yet".

On May 11, YG Entertainment revealed a video of the fifth member of their upcoming girl group. It was posted once again on YG-Life Blog under the title 'Who's that girl???'.

In the 1:37 video, you'll see the 16 year old dancing very strongly to Chris Brown's "Turn Up The Music". The rest of the girls are blacked out and only shows her every movement. When it ends, a photo appears of her and it only says "The 5th" and "Age: 16". The name and nationality is listed as "Unknown", at this point not anymore, because the public were able to find it. Her name is Lalisa Manoban and is from Thailand. It was reported before, that she was half-Caucasian and half-Korean.

Check out the video below.

In my opinion, the girls that were dancing with Lalisa was the rest of the actually group members. Which was total of 7 girls, including her. If you look really and I mean really closely, you'll see already confirmed members (Euna Kim and Kim Eunbi) in the video.

Since revealing that, YG hasn't giving anymore information about upcoming girl group. I'm going to assume that their in the last stages of preparing for their official debut and an announcement will be made soon. At least I hope, because I can't wait anymore.
