T-ara sub-unit to debut with title track "Country Side Life" in May


Sub-Units in K-Pop this year seems to be the trend, another girl group T-ara will debuting their own four-member sub-unit group in May. Their unit name has yet to be revealed.

According to their agency Core Content Media: "This is the first time T-ara will be debuting as a sub-unit, which will consist of members Eunjung, Hyomin, Jiyeon and Areum".

The sub-unit's title track is titled "Country Side Life" and was composed by the popular composers and producers Duble Sidekick. The track is said to have some hip-hop and dance genres.

The track is said to be inspired by the old-school drama, the agency stated: "Country Side Life" is based off MBC's long-running drama of the same name, taking its main theme as the song’s motive. Through the lyrics, the song talks about the feelings of wanting to escape the confinements of everyday life".

Their title track will be released on May 1st.
