Introducing: Josef Salvat
When the new year came and new male artist made his way into the indie-pop scene and his name is Josef Salvat.
The Australian-born singer-songwriter-producer is a law graduate from Sydney. Instead of possibly starting a career in Law field, the Australian-born decided to make his way to London in order to focus on his music career in 2010. Judging by the response of his music, it was the right decision. He's been gaining much praise by some big industry names like FADER and Disco Naivete.

Josef Salvat's debut single "This Life" was produced and mixed by Rich Cooper. It's a downbeat mellow jam and it has excellent production, that reminds you of Lana Del Rey's music.

The visual for the track has premiered and was directed by Sophie Andrea Tabet. He is seen singing along to his own song in a car, while VHS-footage of himself from when he was a little kid is being shown.
He's currently working on his untitled debut studio album which will be released this year. Make sure to look out for more more new releases and possibly some appearances/performances.
