Raffa Weyman aka RALPH, is a Toronto-based pop singer-songwriter who's looking to bring back 70's and 80's music style. She made her musical debut last year with her single "Trouble". Now, she's back with an new offering titled "Cold to the Touch".

The song is a frest upbeat and radio-friendly, also has those throwback sounds. It will be included on her upcoming debut EP, due out later this year.
