Trey Songz planning new album for 2011

R&B singer Trey Songz has confirmed to Billboard that he is releasing a new album this year.

“I want to release an album this year” he says “We’re starting in the studio now. I’m always thinking about music. I’m in the studio whenever I can be. I’m not pressed or in a rush to make an album right now, but I always have a need to make music”.

In a way, Trey is doing a good thing.  In the music industry today, you can't release albums every 3-4 years because its too much of a big risk to disappear. 

Thats what I think kinda happen with Christina Aguilera.  Avril Lavigne has also been out of the music scene for awhile awell.
