Evanescence's new album leaks a month early

After a long five year hiatus Evanescence's upcoming self-titled album has leaked online, over a month before its release.
This could possibly help them. Some people might download it out of curiosity and if they could decide to purchase it legally when it's available. If I remember correctly, something similar happened with their 2006 LP "The Open Door" and it still managed to sell 6 million copies worldwide. The anticipation for the band's comeback haven't been too big. The first single "What You Want" has only reached #68 on Billboard Hot 100 and the video hasn't even came out yet, so its too early too tell. Then again the band has been away from the music scene for five years, so it could take awhile for people to warm up to them again.
The official video for "What You Want" premiere September 13th on VEVO, check out the teaser below.
"Evanescence" will be available on iTunes for pre-order on (Tuesday) September 20th and it hits stores October 11th.
