Video Premiere: GangKiz - Honey Honey [Ver. 1]

Core Contents Media's new girl group Gang Kiz aka the T-ara's clones, released the first part of their debut music video for "Honey Honey". The 7 minute 15 second has some sort of a storyline and was made like a movie. The video was filmed in Europe over the course of eight days.

Sigh............. Let's start with the song. This to me is no more than knock-off of T-ara's "Lovey Dovey". The song is really not all that amazing and the vocals weren't getting my attention. I question whether theirs any real vocalists in group. The video for "Honey Honey" was also a knock-off of T-ara's fabulous "Cry Cry" visual. It had its good and weak spots in certain parts, but all it really was was them traveling and having a good time.

Overall not a good song to debut with, especially when their so many similarities between them and their CCM label mate T-ara. "Honey Honey" could have very well been for T-ara and the agency decided to give it to GangKiz. This whole situation annoys me a lot, with a name like GangKiz, I expected them to come out with a bad ass dance, pop, slightly rock track for their debut. Lets just hope for something different for the second time around.
