Kat Graham premieres empowering electro-pop track "Power"

Kat Graham premiered her new single titled "Power" exclusively on Billboard.com on June 26th. The track has yet to be confirmed if this is from an upcoming EP. She released her first in 2012 called "Against The Wall". This could possible be the first official single from the Switzerland-born singer's debut album, which will be released via A&M / Octone Records.

Speaking to Billboard about the song, Graham who plays teenage witch Bonnie Bennett in the CW drama series The Vanpire Diaries – said:

"The meaning behind Power for me was to express that true power comes from within. Someone can come into your life and unlock the door to your potential. For me, that was love, but it can be anything to anyone…".

Kat's previous single (from the EP "Against The Wall"), "Put Your Graffiti On Me" was a fierce club banger. The even peaked at #5 on the US Billboard Hot Dance Club Songs chart. "Power" is more electro-pop and it doesn't catch my attention right away, but it is radio friendly.

The single will be available to purchase through digital retailers on July 23rd.

Listen to the track, after the jump.
