Sia reveals "1000 Forms of Fear" album artwork + Tracklist

Not long after the premiere of the music video "Chandelier", Australian singer-songwriter Sia has the official album cover and tracklist for her new album titled "1000 Forms of Fear", which is set to hit stores on July 8th via RCA Records. The album consist of 12 tracks and was executive produced by Greg Kurstin. It will include her collaboration with The Weeknd and Diplo titled "Elastic Heart", which was featured on soundtrack to The Hunger Games: Catching Fire.
