Britney Spears rehearsing for upcoming Femme Fatale tour

Here is some footage of Britney Spears rehearsing for her upcoming tour. She was rehearsing to Femme Fatale track "How I Roll".

(Sigh) I thought that Britney did a fantastic job, but my question is why isn't she putting this energy into her TV performances? I just don't get it, but I'am hoping that this means that she's getting her dancing back if not this tour is doing to be a mess.
