Listen to a preview of Charice new single "Before It Explodes"

Filipino singer Charice will release a new single "Before It Explodes" on April 18th. The song was penned by Bruno Mars and will be the first single from her sophomore album.  There's currently no release date for the album.

The track, "Before It Explodes" is a leftover from UK X Factor winner Alexandra Burke.  A 30-second preview of Charice’s version has made its way onto the internet.  At this time I'm not sure if Bruno Mars is going to be featured on it.

I'm sure the song will be a hit in Japan, which is where her biggest fan base is.  I can see it creating some buzz here in America.

Charice has one of the biggest voices in the industry today, but she doesn't get that success I feel she deserves.
