Beyoncé's "4" officially certified platinum

A month after its release, Beyoncé's fourth album "4" has shipped one million units in the U.S. Its been certified platinum by the RIAA, you read a statement on her official website. 

"Thank you to all the fans that purchased the album. We hope you’re enjoying it as much as we are".

The was released on June 28th and debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200 with 310,000 copies sold in the first week.
