SPICA releases "Painkiller" MV teaser + concept photos for re-package album

Rookie girl group and Lee Hyori's protege SPICA finished up their promotions for "Russian Roulette" about three weeks ago. They recently revealed a music video teaser for their new single titled "Painkiller". The clip features them in a dark backstreet alley of some sort and their movements are being caught on film. We also get to see a bit choreography.

"Painkiller" is a traditional R&B track produced by Ryan Jhun, who is the composer behind other K-Pop stars like Lee Hyori, TVXQ, and SHINee. B2M Entertainment expressed, "We worried a lot over the selection of their follow-up track. There were several opinions during their 'Russian Roulette' promotions, as one side wanted a song that showed more of their vocal power, while another side wanted to see some stronger performances. It was hard to pick a song that combined both of the".

SPICA's repackaged album for their 1st mini-album will be released on March 29th. The repackaged album will only have one new track "Painkiller" and along with an instrumental version. Check out the tracklisting below and the teaser for "Painkiller" after the jump.
