New Music: Dawn Richard - Judith

Danity Kane has officially gotten back together and are preparing to release their comeback single "Rage" from their upcoming third album. Even though the group is gearing up for their comeback, Dawn Richard is continuing on with her solo career as well. Following the previous track "Meteors", she premiered two new singles from her upcoming sophomore album "Blackheart", which is scheduled to be released next year. The singer allowed her fans to pick between "Judith" and "Valkyrie" through an online contest, but ended releasing both of the tracks.

On "Judith" Dawn teams with producer Cronos on the track, which was inspired by the Gustav Klimt painting of the same name. It's based off the biblical heroine from Catholic Old Testament biblical text. The track is dark slow-paced and is way too short, I was really enjoying this.

"It's the story of a painting that is priceless and quite iconic being forgotten after being hung in a home too long". Dawn explained.
