Danity Kane serves up "Lemonade" to the haters
After announcing their reunion last year and having already completed a tour, Danity Kane finally gave fans new music. The ladies made their official return with the premiere of new single "Lemonade" featuring Tyga. It was released via SoundCloud and the lyric video followed soon after the that. The track will be on the trio's upcoming third full-length album, which is scheduled to be released later this year.
Produced by the Stereotypes (who also did "Damaged"), "Lemonade" is a catchy R&B-urban track which samples The Clipse's "Grindin". They show off their smooth harmonies over the club-ready beat, while DK dedicates the song towards their haters. "Ooh, these haters got a sour ass look up on their face" / "Lemonade lemonade / "Lemonade lemonade". Although "Lemonade" is solid track, I think its an automatic hit. Since they've been away for so long, music needs to have a all-in-one mix. It needs to be lyrically catchy as hell, great sounding production, and needs to be radio-friendly. Was expecting something more bigger for a comeback single, but I'm happy with it in the end.

As you can hear, the track only features vocals from three members Dawn, Aubrey, and Shannon. Yes, Aundea is noticeably missing, because she has left the group to get married and start a family. Its a huge loss, but they had to move on.
