Girls United reveal buzz single "The Mashup"

Original Girlicious member Nichole Cordova joined forces with new singers on the scene Candice Craig and Alex Segal to form a new girl group called Girls United. After being let go from Geffen Records / Universal Music Canada and failing to relaunch Girlicious, Ms. Nichole decided to make her next career. That move was to join a new group. For their first buzz single, they've unleashed "The Mashup".

After participating on season 3 of X-Factor US and not making it to the live shows, they went on to making music on their own. The trio delivered a catchy creative tune for the fans. "Mashup" consist of three songs, "Loyal" (Chris Brown), "Paranoid" (Ty Dolla $ign), and "Show Me" (Kid Ink). You can say its an answer song to Chris Brown's track "Loyal", it uses the instrumental from that track. They turned the message around to vocalize that girls are actually loyal. The three-in-one blends well together and should create major buzz, because it just that good. One of my favorite lines from the track is Candice's main part where she sings: "You're paranoid, you trippin"/ "been smokin" / "been sippin"/ "been fuckin 'round with two bitches"/ "so I'll never let you call me your miss us no oh".

Overall, this track shows that they've got potential. I like what their giving now over the stuff I heard on the X-Factor US.
