Fifth Harmony debut new single "Sledgehammer" – Listen Now

The girls of Fifth Harmony are back with their new single titled "Sledgehammer". Its the follow-up to their sassy Michelle Obama-anthem "BO$$". The song made its official radio premiere on 104.3 FM, it serves as the second official single from their debut album "Reflection", which is scheduled to released on December 16th via Syco / Epic Records.


"Sledgehammer" was co-penned by "All About That Bass" singer-songwriter Meghan Trainor and produced by Danish Jonas Jeberg, who has crafted hits for Demi Lovato, Kylie Minogue and Jason Derulo. On this song, you'll hear the group return to their original sound, which was music featured on the EP "Better Together". That collection of music was alright, but it didn't keep my attention on them completely. When they released "BO$$", I fully got on the Fifth Harmony train. With this newest release, their keeping my interest. The single is synth-pop, but its not a ballad or an uptempo. Its production and catchy sing-along lyrics helps with radio appeal. This could potentially become a big hit for them.
