Tinashe release her major label debut "2 On"

Following the releases of three very (and I mean VERY) solid mixtapes over the past two years, now RCA recording artist Tinashe has released her highly-anticipated debut single "2 On" featuring TDE's ScHoolboy Q.

Produced by DJ Mustard, "2 On" is a sensual electro-R&B track with a catchy chorus and mellow feel good production. Just think of it as a better updated version of Cassie's "Me & U", but with a different message. Also another intriguing/familiar thing I heard was the Sean Paul "We Be Burning" arrangement toward the end. Tinashe's sultry vocals are sensual and their smooth on the ears. Honestly, on the first listen I wasn't loving it, mainly because I was expecting something more uptempo. Now it has grown on me and is one of my played tracks on the ipod. Another thing I'm also proud to see is the song starting to make a huge impact on the charts. Its current position on the Billboard Hot 100 is #44. This rising singer-songwriter has come a long way from self releasing her own music, hard work really does pay off. Those amazing mixtapes obtained both some success and good reviews, which ultimately landed her a record deal.

Since then, she's has been working on her debut album "Aquauris", which is expected to be released this year.

As for the music video "2 On", Tinashe is accompanied by a group of dancers/friends at loft where they are rehearing. Theirs various dancing scenes throughout the visual. Then she eventually meets up with Schoolboy Q and party it up.
