Ameriie is back with "What I Want"

Five years since releasing her last album "Love & War", Ameriie has returned with the new single "What I Want".

The singer is returning to her roots on this one. "What I Want" is a funky go-go track, that features a sample of the classic Sugarhill Gang song "Apache (Jump On It)". Reminiscent to her 2005 Rich Harrison-produced hit "1 Thing", it doesn't quite live up to that particular song. Regardless of that, its a fun infectious jam for the summer.
