The Saturdays drop new single "What Are You Waiting For?" from Greatest Hits Album

British girl group The Saturdays are back with a new single "What Are You Waiting For?". The track serves as the first single from their first compilation album "Finest Selection: The Greatest Hits", which is set to hit stores and digital retailers on August 11th via Polydor Records.


Theirs really nothing much to say about "What Are You Waiting For?" except it being just a basic generic song. It does have a summer vibe, which is good for the current season we're in. Shockingly it was produced by Xenomania, they've created a lot of great music especially for Girls Aloud. So this is a complete disappointment on their part. The Sats musical direction has taken a turn for the worst, most of the material they've released within the last two maybe three years have simply been generic. With this greatest his album, I hope it marks the end of these crappy eras and the beginning of a new journey full of great sounding music. I'm sure the group has plans to release their sixth album sometime next year and I'm wishing for another "Headlines!".

The single will be released on August 10th in the UK.
