X Factor finalist Chris Rene debuts "Young Homie"

Chris Rene who came in third place on 'The X Factor US' in 2011. His mentor/CEO of Epic Records L.A. Reid signed him to the label not to long after the show ended. Before signing to Epic Records, he released an album independently in 2009 titled "Soul'd Out". During Chris's audition, he performed his own self-written song "Young Homie". The 'X Factor' audition video got up to a millions of views on YouTube within the first week and is currently at 13 millions views.

The music video for "Young Homie" has already been shot and will premiere sometime this month. The single is officially available to purchase iTunes now. He's also set to make an appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" (Today) March 13th. Listen to the track, after the jump.
