Drake's OVO Sound artist PARTYNEXTDOOR releases self-titled mixtape

Drake's artist Ontario singer PARTYNEXTDOOR, who is signed to his OVO Sound imprint (October's Very Own) released his highly-anticipated self-titled debut mixtape.

The 19-year-old Mississauga, Ontario singer written and produced all the music. He finally gives fans a complete introduction of what his music sounds like. The self-titled project features ten seductive tracks including the Drake-assisted "Over Here". It includes previously released tracks "Wus Good / Curious" and "Make A Mili". Drake has labeled it as the mixtape of the Summer.



PARTYNEXTDOOR's sound is soulful and emotional. The music features catchy hooks and minimal instrumentals, you don't always need a hard hitting beat to make a good song. At times, he does sounds like Drake a bit with the switching between rapping and singing. Can't help but to make the comparisons to The Weeknd and Miguel. PARTYNEXTDOOR is a perfect mesh of those great talents.
