Video Premiere: Janelle Monáe - PrimeTime (Feat. Miguel)

Janelle Monáe has premiered the music video for "PrimeTime" featuring Miguel. The track serves as the third official single from her sophomore album "The Electric Lady", which is available in stores and digital retailers now.

The futuristic visual was directed by Alan Fergurson, its based on the story of Cindi Mayweather and Joey Vice.

This is what Miguel had to say about video:

"Set in the future, a futuristic video, we're gonna kind of be experiencing Janelle's world set in a very Blade Runner like setting", Miguel explains. "It's the night life, you're goin to get a lot of afro-punk vibes from it. I happen to play the love interest in the video, so it's going to be fun and interesting … The set is incredible and I don't think we've ever seen Janelle like this, so it's exciting".
