M.O are "HOT" on their dance-hall inspired track – Listen/Watch Now
Following their refreshing old-school debut single "Wait Your Turn", female anthem "Ain't Got Time" and club summer jam "Come Let Me Show You", rising British girl group M.O brought something different this time around for their next release titled "HOT". The girls highly-anticipated debut album, is scheduled to be released later this year via Operator Records.
"HOT" was written by the group and produced by K-Gee and Hostage. At this time, the song served as trio's third offering. With their previous singles all being different, I expected to hear another in sound. The track is a dance-hall inspired, which is refreshing and catchy, but it sounds more of an album filler than single material. They have spent the year and a half making music with several producers including Black Butter's Woz, Gorgon City and Hostage, as well as Show N Prove, Preditah (BBK), Loadstar, Timothy Bloom and Prince Charlez. Their music is a melting pot of many musical elements like old school R&B, reggae, pop, underground house, garage and more. You never know what to expect what they'll come out with next.
