New Music: Mikky Ekko - Smile

After collaborating with Rihanna on her 2013 hit "Stay", rising singer-songwriter-producer Mikky Ekko hasn't been too active, up until now. He has announced his debut album "Time", which is scheduled to be released later the year via RCA Records. Mikky premiered the first single from the LP titled "Smile".

"Smile" was produced by Jim Eliot and serves as the follow-up to his 2013 single "Kids". His previous single wasn't a necessarily a hit, this has the potential to gain some radio airplay. Its a catchy radio-friendly indie pop-rock track. Certainly way better than "Kids" and the production is much more smoother on the ears. His album will includes collaborations with Dave Sitek, Jeff Bhasker, Stargate, Clams Casino, Benny Blanco, and many more.
