Jhené Aiko streams debut album "Souled Out" + premieres video for "The Pressure"


In five more days, Jhené Aiko highly-anticipated debut album "Souled Out" will be released on September 9th. She has teamed up with iTunes on stream the album for fans to listen to before it hit stores. Along with the album stream, we also get the video premiere for the track "The Pressure".


"Souled Out" includes previously released tracks "To Love & Die", "Spotless Mind", and "The Pressure" as well as production from No I.D., Fisticuffs, James Fauntleroy, Dot Da Genius and many more. You can listen album, by clicking the link.


The song was written by Jhené, alongside Mac Robinson and Brian Warfield while the production is from Fisticuffs. "The Pressure" is a smooth PBR&B (R-Neg-B / hipster R&B / alternative R&B), that contains a guitar, hip-hop, and synth production. It revolves around Aiko's stress of finishing her debut album. The music video was directed by Childish Gambino and Calmatic. It depicts the challenges of being in a relationship.
