Whitney Houston shines in new "Sparkle" footage
Whitney Houston was on her way to making her mighty return while shooting, what has now become her final on-screen performance in Sparkle, a remake of the 1976 film.
ET (Entertainment Tonight) went to Detroit and made a visit to the set, where host Mark Steins said "the iconic singer's voice was full and she looked heavier and healthier". I couldn't agree more, it sounded like it was in shape at the time. Check out some on-set footage from Whitney's final film, after the jump. The movie hits theaters August 17th.
