Girls' Generation to make comeback with "Mr.Mr." + reveals video teaser for title track
The Divine Nine aka Girls' Generation is making their comeback to the Korean music scene after one year since the release of the album and title track "I Got a Boy". In December of 2013, the girls made their return to Japan with their third Japanese album "Love&Peace". Now they're getting ready to take over the charts once again with a new single called "Mr.Mr".
SM Entertainment revealed a teaser video for the track, check it out below.
Their agency stated that "Mr.Mr." is a dance song with a R&B sound. The song production is the work of the producer team The Underdogs, who has worked with other major artists like Beyoncé, Justin Bieber, and Chris Brown. I was hoping for another full-length album, but we're getting a mini-album instead. Even thought full album isn't in the cards a the moment, in the end I'm happy either way, because we're going to get new music. The album will be released on February 24th, while "Mr.Mr." will release ahead of the album on February 19th to various online music sites.
