JoJo releases free EP "#LoveJo"

Yesterday on Valentine's Day, JoJo presented free music to her fans who have showed their support.

The EP called "#LoveJo" and it serves up some old-school R&B/Soul tunes, while she puts her own unique twist to them. It features four tracks including covers of Anita Baker's "Caught Up in the Rapture" and Phil Collins' "Take Me Home" both produced by Da Internz. JoJo also takes on an inspiring rendition of "Glory", influenced by opera diva Kathleen Battle and produced by Stevie Mackey.

Listen to the classic cover below.

"#LoveJo" serves as a taste of what we're going to hear from her in the very near future hopefully. The singer-songwriter was finally released from her Blackground Records and signed a record deal with Atlantic. She's currently back in the studio working on her first album in eight years, it's scheduled for release later this year.

You can download the free EP on her official SoundCloud page.
