Katy Perry reveals "Roar" teaser video + "Dark Horse" single to be released on September 17th

Katy Perry released video teaser for her new single "Roar" (out on iTunes now). Its the first official single from her upcoming album "Prism", which is set to hit stores and digital retailers on October 22nd. The 20 second video shows a jungle setting with a number exotic animals like a monkey, crocodile, elephant, tiger and a bird. Through the leaves, the sound of the song is being played and all of a sudden you'll see Katy swinging through the trees like Tarzan on a vine in a leopard print outfit.

Katy also announced she'll be premiering a new track titled "Dark Horse" featuring rapper Juicy J. Its currently scheduled to be released on September 17th. The singer did go on her official Twitter page to say "Dark Horse" isn't the second official single, its just a preview for the album.
